Role
We are looking for a Beauty Consultant who is passionate about beauty, skincare, wellness, and customer experience. The role involves providing personalized product recommendations, delivering an exceptional in-store experience, and driving retail sales.

Key Responsibilities
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable beauty, skincare, bath & body, and wellness products.
• Explain product benefits, ingredients, usage, and routines.
• Drive sales through consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling.




• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
• Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
• Maintain product displays, store hygiene, and visual merchandising standards.
• Stay updated on new products, launches, ingredients, and beauty trends.
• Support store promotions, sampling, and brand activities.

Requirements
• Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, luxury retail, wellness, or hospitality preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of skincare, beauty products, and ingredients.
• Passion for beauty and delivering premium customer experiences.
• Strong sales and interpersonal skills.
• Well-groomed, confident, and comfortable working in a retail workplace.
