Role Description The Student Advisor (Sales) – US Shift role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangalore Urban. In this role, the advisor will connect with prospective learners, understand their career goals, and recommend suitable courses and certification programs,



primarily targeting US-based leads during designated shifts. Daily activities include managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to email and chat inquiries, providing accurate program information, and guiding learners through the enrollment process. The advisor will nurture leads, follow up to close enrollments, and maintain detailed records in CRM systems while meeting individual and team sales targets.
