Brand Manager – Vzy TV & App
Role Overview
We are looking for a solid consumer brand marketer who can independently manage brand strategy and campaign development across Vzy TV and Vzy App.
This is not a performance marketing or media planning role. The person should have strong experience in building consumer brands, developing campaign strategy, understanding consumer behaviour, managing creative development and working closely with creative, research and media agencies.
The role requires someone who can translate business priorities into sharp consumer communication and consistently protect the brand across campaigns and touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
• Own brand strategy and campaign strategy across Vzy TV and Vzy App.
• Translate consumer and business insights into clear communication territories and campaign briefs.
• Work closely with creative agencies from brief development to final campaign output.
• Evaluate creative ideas, scripts, films, key visuals, digital assets and campaign extensions with strong brand judgement.
• Lead and manage creative agency relationships,



timelines, output quality and campaign delivery.
• Conduct and manage consumer dipsticks, qualitative research, concept testing and campaign feedback to understand consumer response.
• Use consumer insights to sharpen propositions, messaging and communication.
• Maintain consistency of brand positioning, tone, visual language and messaging across TV, digital, social, retail and other consumer touchpoints.
• Work closely with internal product, sales, content, media, PR and leadership teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business priorities.
• Track brand health, consumer perception and campaign effectiveness.
• Challenge agencies and internal teams when the work does not meet the brand or consumer brief.

What We Are Looking For
• 4 to 7 years of experience in Brand Management or Consumer Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience in brand strategy and integrated campaign development.
