Role Description The Eye Doctor at MantraCare will provide comprehensive eye examinations, diagnose and manage ocular conditions, and prescribe appropriate treatments, medications, and corrective lenses. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting routine and specialized vision tests, interpreting diagnostic imaging, documenting clinical findings, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic care.



The Eye Doctor will educate patients about eye health, preventive care, and treatment options, while maintaining high standards of clinical quality and patient experience. This is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India, requiring regular coordination with other clinicians and support staff to ensure timely, integrated care.
Qualifications
• Clinical expertise in ophthalmology, including comprehensive eye exams, diagnosis and management of common and complex ocular conditions, and prescribing corrective lenses and medications.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic equipment and technologies such as slit lamp, tonometry, visual field testing, OCT, and fundus imaging.
• Strong patient-centered communication skills, with the ability to explain diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive strategies in clear, accessible language.
