Job Description

• Oversee the daily operations of assigned outlet(s), ensuring smooth and effective service delivery in accordance with Fairmont standards
• Manage and supervise outlet staff, including scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and professional development
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor inventory levels, control costs,



and manage procurement to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards
• Maintain exceptional service quality and guest satisfaction by implementing and enforcing outlet standards and procedures
• Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally to ensure positive experiences
• Prepare and manage outlet budgets, monitor financial performance, and submit regular reports to senior management
• Coordinate effectively with other hotel departments including housekeeping, front office, and culinary teams
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive revenue and increase outlet visibility
• Conduct regular staff meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to maintain high service standards
• Ensure the outlet environment is clean, well-maintained, and aesthetically aligned with Fairmont brand standards
