Role Overview

We are looking for an Associate Director – Influencer Marketing, Activation to lead the end-to-end activation of influencer campaigns, managing key clients, creator partnerships, teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless and high-quality campaign delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end activation and execution of influencer marketing campaigns across social platforms.
• Own relationships with key creators, talent managers, influencer agencies and external partners.
• Oversee creator onboarding, commercials, deliverables, timelines, approvals and publishing across multiple campaigns.
• Lead negotiations and oversee contracts, POs, invoices and payment processes.
• Drive campaign governance through trackers, MIS, reporting and operational processes.
• Partner closely with strategy, creative, media, production and client servicing teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Act as a senior point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders,



managing escalations and ensuring timely resolution.
• Oversee multiple campaigns and teams, ensuring quality, timelines and operational standards are consistently met.
• Lead campaign closure, reconciliation and documentation across accounts.
• Identify opportunities to improve activation processes, workflows and operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor and develop the activation team, ensuring effective team management and delivery.
• Support new business pitches, client growth and creator-led opportunities where relevant.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Influencer Activation, Creator Partnerships or Digital Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience in influencer campaign activation and execution.
• Robust understanding of the creator ecosystem and social platforms.
• Proven experience managing large campaigns, key stakeholders, creators and external agencies.
