Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution: Plan, launch, and optimize user acquisition, remarketing, and retention campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
Budget & ROAS Ownership: Manage monthly/quarterly marketing budgets, allocating capital efficiently across channels to achieve target ROAS, LTV:CAC ratios, and overall business targets.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Continuously test creative assets, ad copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to maximize conversion rates and lower acquisition costs.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign metrics using tools like Google Analytics, MMPs (AppsFlyer/Singular), or BI dashboards.



Translate complex data into actionable growth insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with creative teams to produce high-performing ad creatives, copy, and landing pages; align with product and engineering teams to ensure tracking accuracy.
Tracking & Attribution: Ensure end-to-end tracking accuracy across web and mobile platforms using Tag Manager, pixels, server-side APIs, and multi-touch attribution models.
Market Research: Stay up to date with paid media trends, platform algorithm changes, privacy updates (e.g., iOS changes), and emerging channels to keep the brand ahead of competitors.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid acquisition and performance marketing campaigns at scale.
Platform Expertise: Advanced proficiency with Google Ads (Search, PMax, YouTube, Display), Meta Ads Manager, and programmatic/retargeting platforms.
