Job Description

ABOUT THE ROLE

Emeritus is expanding beyond its core executive education business to bring its proprietary AI platform — built on top of its custom Canvas-based LMS — directly to universities and colleges. We're looking for a Business Development Representative to drive top-of-funnel pipeline for this new SaaS line of business, setting qualified appointments with senior academic and technology leaders at higher-education institutions worldwide.

This is a high-impact, full-time role at the ground floor of a rapid-growing business line, working closely with sales leadership to build and refine outbound prospecting into a scalable, repeatable motion.

Success in this role is measured against industry-standard outbound call volume and conversion metrics for appointment-setting, with clear targets set collaboratively during onboarding
