Role OverviewBCC Martech is looking for a proactive and well-organized Client Servicing Executive to manage day-to-day client communication, coordinate with internal teams, track deliverables, and ensure projects are completed on time and as per client expectations.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to handle multiple client accounts professionally.

Key Responsibilities• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client requirements, business objectives, campaigns, and expectations.
• Coordinate with Performance Marketing, Social Media, Creative, Content, Video, Web, and other internal teams.
• Convert client requirements into clear internal briefs and actionable tasks.
• Track project timelines, approvals, deliverables, and pending requirements.
• Conduct regular client follow-ups and provide timely project/campaign updates.
• Schedule and participate in client review meetings.
• Prepare MOMs, action points, and follow-up tasks.
• Collect required content, creatives,



approvals, accesses, and information from clients.
• Ensure deliverables are shared within committed timelines.
• Review deliverables before sending them to clients for accuracy and quality.
• Coordinate monthly reports and communicate key campaign updates.
• Identify client concerns early and coordinate internally for resolution.
• Build strong professional relationships with clients.
• Support client retention, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Maintain proper client documentation and communication history.
• Escalate critical issues to management when required.
