Job SummaryWe are seeking a agile, self-motivated, and result-oriented US Recruiter to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for US-based clients, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely candidate submissions in accordance with client requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for US-based clients, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and successful placement.
• Analyze job descriptions and understand client requirements, technical skills, qualifications, and experience criteria.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, job portals, and professional networks.
• Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience,



communication skills, and suitability for the role.
• Verify candidates' availability, work authorization, location preferences, salary expectations, and willingness to relocate, where applicable.
• Submit qualified candidates to clients within the specified turnaround time.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and follow up on interview feedback.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Negotiate compensation and employment terms with candidates in alignment with client budgets and requirements.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Follow up with selected candidates regarding offer acceptance, documentation, and joining formalities.
