We are seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial, and forward-thinking Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the company’s technology strategy, product engineering, architecture, and innovation agenda.
The CTO will play a critical role in shaping the company’s technology vision and translating ideas into scalable products, platforms, and commercially viable solutions. This role is ideal for a technology leader who enjoys building, experimenting, and creating rather than simply managing an established technology organization.
A key focus will be Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Agentic AI, including identifying opportunities to build AI-powered products, automate business processes, and develop new technology-driven business models.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise, business acumen, product thinking, and an entrepreneurial mindset—someone who can move comfortably from defining a vision to building a prototype, validating an idea, learning from the market, and scaling what works.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities to create current products, services, and revenue streams.
• Serve as a technology thought leader for the organization, customers, and strategic partners.

2. AI, Generative AI & Agentic AI
