Expert Plant Modelling & Simulation Engineer
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronics, Mechanical, Automotive Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 8+ years in Plant Modelling, Simulation, and Model-Based Development.
• Solid MATLAB/Simulink/Simscape modelling experience for vehicle/system plant behavior.
• Hands-on experience in multi-domain physical modelling: hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and thermal systems.
• Experience in plant model calibration, parameter tuning, correlation, and validation using test/measurement data.
• Good understanding of closed-loop simulation for MIL, SIL, and HIL validation.
• Experience in controller interface modelling, signal mapping, bus communication, and FMI/FMU-based co-simulation.
• Ability to develop simulation scenarios, operating cycles, and reference datasets for validation.
• Exposure to Simcenter Amesim,



model parameter management, and simulation automation workflows.
• Strong debugging, data analysis, documentation, and configuration management skills.
