Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Partnerships & Business Development role based in Bengaluru. The role involves identifying, nurturing,



and managing strategic partnerships with architecture, design, engineering firms, and brands in the built environment ecosystem. The team member will research market segments, generate and qualify leads, conduct outreach, and manage partnership pipelines to drive adoption of Light House’s platform and solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting meetings and demos, negotiating partnership terms, coordinating with product and marketing teams on partner needs, and tracking performance of partner initiatives. The role also includes gathering feedback from partners to inform product positioning, supporting pilot projects and collaborations, and representing Light House at relevant industry events and forums.
