• 8+ years of relevant experience in Should Costing / Cost Engineering
• Robust hands-on Shopfloor / Manufacturing experience
• Experience in Mechanical Manufacturing & Cost Engineering
• Strong expertise in Should Costing / Cost Estimation
• Experience with Aerospace components, particularly Actuators, is highly preferred
• Should Costing experience for Mechanical & Electronic products/components
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, cycle time, material, and process costing
• Hands-on experience with NX
• Strong NC Programming / CNC Programming knowledge
• Good knowledge of machining, fabrication, and other manufacturing processes
