About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Automation Product Sales Specialist to join our sales team in Kolkata.
The candidate will be responsible for selling CRM, WhatsApp API, WhatsApp Automation, SaaS, and Business Automation solutions to businesses across different industries.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B software/product sales, understand customer business requirements, conduct product demonstrations, manage sales pipelines, and successfully close deals.
Key Responsibilities• Generate recent business opportunities through cold calling, email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Identify and qualify potential B2B customers for CRM, WhatsApp API, and business automation solutions.
• Understand the customer's business processes,



challenges, and automation requirements.
• Present and demonstrate the company's products and solutions to prospective clients.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, implementation process, and ROI to customers.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation → qualification → demo → negotiation → closure → onboarding.
• Follow up regularly with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate lead, prospect, follow-up, and opportunity information in the CRM.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Coordinate with technical/product teams for demos, integrations, custom requirements, and implementation.
