Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager for our Loan Against Property (LAP) division in Madurai. This role involves leading a sales team, driving business growth, and achieving sales targets within the assigned region.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed LAP sales targets in the Madurai region.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, fostering solid relationships with channel partners, builders, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and refine sales strategies.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.




• Address customer queries and concerns effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within the Loan Against Property (LAP) or mortgage industry.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of LAP products, processes, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with the Madurai market and customer base is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
