Job Overview

We are looking for a highly driven, target-oriented Business Development Executive / Hardcore Sales Professional to own business generation and revenue growth across E-Commerce, Quick Commerce, B2B, and B2C channels.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with major platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, and other online marketplaces or quick-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business growth across E-Commerce and Quick Commerce platforms.
• Identify, approach, and onboard new marketplace and business opportunities.
• Develop and manage relationships with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto, and others.
• Identify potential distributors, retailers, corporate buyers, resellers, and B2B partners.
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, online research, networking, references, and direct outreach.




• Own the full sales cycle — from lead generation and pitching to negotiation, closure, and follow-up.
• Pitch products and business proposals to clients and platform partners.
• Negotiate pricing, margins, commercial terms, listings, promotions, and business opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to boost product visibility, sales, and revenue across online platforms.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor marketplace performance and optimize for growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, platform reps, distributors, and partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams for product availability, pricing, inventory, order execution, and customer needs.
• Track leads, opportunities, conversions, and revenue using Excel/Google Sheets or CRM tools.
• Prepare regular sales and business development reports.
