As we scale our team across sales, delivery and operations, we're looking for people who want to build a specialist practice rather than join a generalist IT shop.

ROLE OVERVIEW
We are hiring BDM to hunt and close enterprise security, AI governance and data protection engagements in their territory, working in partnership with a Presales Consultant and our OEM/distributor network.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Territory & Pipeline
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline of enterprise prospects in the assigned territory.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Consultative Selling




• Run discovery conversations with IT, security and business stakeholders to uncover security, compliance and AI governance needs.
• Bring in the Presales Consultant for technical validation, demos and PoCs.
Proposal, Closing & Partner Engagement
• Prepare commercial proposals with OEM/distributor pricing support from the Purchase Executive; negotiate and close contracts.
• Work with OEM regional account managers on joint account planning, deal registration and co-selling.
• Represent Xploreteq at local partner and industry events.
CRM & Forecasting
• Maintain accurate, current pipeline records in the CRM.
• Provide honest weekly forecast input to the Sales Head.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
• 3–6 years selling IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or related technology solutions to enterprise accounts.
• An existing, active contact base of IT/security decision-makers in the territory.
