Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Delhi, India. The Sales Executive will engage with walk-in and referred customers, understand their interior requirements, and recommend suitable products and solutions across the company’s portfolio. Responsibilities include generating new leads, conducting product presentations, preparing quotations, and negotiating prices and terms in line with company guidelines.



The role involves coordinating with the design and installation teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery, maintaining accurate sales records, and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. The Sales Executive will also provide post-sales support, gather customer feedback, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.
Qualifications
• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed orders.
• Customer relationship management, including listening skills, solution-oriented communication, and follow-up discipline.
• Basic knowledge of interior products (e.g., blinds, curtains, wallpapers, flooring) or willingness to learn quickly and stay updated on product specifications.
