Role Description The Quick Commerce Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving rapid online sales across quick commerce platforms and marketplaces. This role oversees daily operations, including listing management, pricing, promotions, and inventory alignment to ensure products are always optimized and available. The Quick Commerce Lead collaborates with marketing, supply chain, and customer support teams to plan campaigns, improve conversion rates,



and maintain consistent brand representation. The position involves monitoring performance dashboards, analyzing data to identify growth opportunities, and implementing tactics to increase revenue and order frequency. The role also requires vendor and partner coordination, adherence to platform guidelines, and continuous optimization of the customer journey from discovery to delivery.
Qualifications

• Experience managing quick commerce or e-commerce operations, including product listings, inventory coordination, and order fulfillment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and online merchandising, with an understanding of pricing, promotions, and customer acquisition tactics.
• Proficiency with e-commerce tools, dashboards, and platforms; comfort working with spreadsheets and reporting software.
