About The Role

BizAarambh Clinet in Telecom Industry are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive / Assistant Manager – Purchase to manage the procurement of IT networking products and related accessories. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, purchasing, and ensuring timely delivery of networking equipment and materials while maintaining cost efficiency, quality standards, and strong vendor relationships.

What you'll do

• Procurement & Sourcing

Source And Procure IT Networking Products, Including

• Antennas
• Networking Cables (CAT6, CAT6A, CAT7, etc.)
• Patch Cords
• Fiber Optic Cables
• Fiber Accessories (ODF, LIU, Patch Panels, Pigtails, Adapters, Connectors, Splitters, etc.)
• SFP Modules and other networking accessories
• Obtain quotations from multiple vendors and evaluate pricing, quality, lead time, and commercial terms.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) as per company requirements.
• Vendor Management




• Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential suppliers.
• Evaluate vendor performance based on quality, delivery, pricing, and service.
• Identify alternate sources to ensure uninterrupted supply and competitive pricing.
• Inventory & Procurement Planning
• Coordinate with the Sales, Project, and Warehouse teams to understand procurement requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate procurement to avoid stock shortages.
• Track order status and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Documentation & Coordination
• Maintain procurement records, quotations, Purchase Orders, and supplier details.
• Verify invoices and coordinate with the Accounts team for payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
