Role Description This full time remote Meta Ads Specialist role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing Meta ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, and related placements) for a variety of clients.



Day-to-day responsibilities include setting up campaigns and ad sets, defining audiences, managing budgets, and monitoring performance to achieve clear KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, and conversions. The specialist will develop testing roadmaps, analyze campaign data, and implement iterative optimizations on creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies. The role also involves collaborating with account managers, designers, and content teams to align ad copy, visuals, and landing pages with client goals.
