As the Senior Manager – Ads Monetization, you’ll be responsible for building and growing Swish’s Ads Monetization business through strategic brand and agency partnerships. You’ll own the revenue charter end-to-end — from building the pipeline and developing brand solutions to closing partnerships, executing campaigns, and driving repeat business.

What You'll Own

• Own Ads Monetization revenue — Take ownership of the revenue target, build the sales strategy, and consistently drive growth against the number.
• Build the brand & agency pipeline — Develop relationships with leading brands, media agencies, and advertising decision-makers across relevant consumer categories.
• Hunt and close new business — Identify opportunities, pitch Swish’s advertising solutions,



negotiate commercials, and close high-value partnerships.
• Build innovative brand solutions — Create advertising opportunities across Swish’s digital, consumer, and offline touchpoints based on brand objectives.
• Own the sales cycle end-to-end — Take opportunities from prospecting and pitching through negotiation, closure, campaign execution, and repeat business.
• Grow strategic accounts — Build long-term relationships with key brands and agencies and continuously grow account value and revenue.
• Build a scalable monetization engine — Identify what works, create repeatable sales processes, and build the foundations needed to scale the business.
• Work cross-functionally — Partner with Product, Marketing, Growth, and Operations teams to create and execute scalable monetization opportunities.
