About Position:

We are looking for an experienced Performance Engineer with 5 to 10 years of expertise in Performance Testing, Application Monitoring, and Performance Optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad, Dynatrace, and Kubernetes and will be responsible for ensuring application scalability, reliability, and operational excellence. This role requires a proactive skilled who can design and execute performance testing strategies, analyze system bottlenecks, and collaborate with development and QA teams to drive continuous performance improvements across enterprise applications.

What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and execute performance test plans using NeoLoad to validate application scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Perform load, stress, endurance, scalability, and capacity testing for enterprise applications.




• Monitor application performance using Dynatrace and proactively identify bottlenecks, latency issues, and optimization opportunities.
• Analyze application, infrastructure, and database performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Development, QA, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams to integrate performance testing within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Develop performance testing strategies and frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
• Analyze performance test results and prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations.
• Troubleshoot complex performance issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Drive application tuning and optimization initiatives to improve system performance and reliability.
• Support performance validation activities during releases and production deployments.
