• Market knowledge and update on property laws on an overall basis as well as location specific
• Resolution of TSR queries raised by Credit / Business Team / Operations team
• Review the Retail Asset Legal guidelines for properties, identifying gaps and corrections thereof from time to time
• Identification,
evaluation and empanelment of Lawyers as vendors and qualitative evaluation of existing vendors.
• Study and evaluate the processes and best practices adopted by other financial institutions such as title verification, to identify adaptable strategies that can strengthen the Bank's current process and procedures.
• Legal Advisory and Drafting of Documents - Provide timely and accurate legal opinions to business units to support decision making and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Minimize Legal Risks Through Proactive Drafting, Draft and vet legal documents meticulously to identify and mitigate potential legal risks, with a focus on clarity, enforceability, and protection of the Bank’s interests.
