Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs) represent our most powerful,



high-impact channel to onboard thousands of grassroots sellers at scale. We are seeking a proactive, execution-driven Business Development Manager – FPO Partnerships to lead outreach, drive trial conversions, and close institutional commercial agreements.

Working closely with our Strategic Partnerships Lead, you will run an established, CRM-powered pipeline to turn leads into thriving commercial partners.

How the Pipeline Works• Outreach & Lead Activation: We run systematic, high-volume outreach via WhatsApp, email, and SMS to FPO leaders and supporting development organizations.
• Immediate Phone Follow-Up: You connect with engaged leads and responders to pitch our digital enablement platform.
• Product Walkthrough & Board Demos: You host virtual demos tailored to FPO management teams and board members.
