Business Development – Construction Solutions

Aakhani Solutions is growing its business in mechanized plastering and construction technology. We are looking for a Business Development professional who enjoys field sales, understands construction sites and can develop business relationships from opportunity to order.

Location:Mumbai / Maharashtra

Experience: 3–6 Years

Industry: Construction / Building Materials / Construction Equipment

### What will you do?

• Identify and develop recent project opportunities with builders, contractors and construction companies

• Visit construction sites and meet Project Managers, Engineers, Procurement and Contracts teams

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mechanized plastering solutions

• Coordinate machine demonstrations and trials with our technical team

• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and basic cost/productivity comparisons

• Follow opportunities from initial meeting through technical approval, negotiation and Work Order/PO

• Maintain systematic follow-up and sales reporting

• Support existing customers and develop repeat business

### Who are we looking for?

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering preferred

• Graduates with relevant construction-industry sales experience may also apply

• 3–6 years of overall experience,



preferably with at least 2 years in field sales

• Experience in construction chemicals, dry-mix mortar, plaster/gypsum, construction equipment, concrete equipment, machinery, tools, waterproofing or allied products preferred

• Comfortable visiting construction sites and travelling for customer meetings

• Good numerical and commercial understanding

• Able and willing to learn technical products and application processes

• Good communication in Hindi and workable English; Marathi will be an advantage
