? BERGER PAINTS – HIRING

Position: Sales Executive – Field Sales

Company: Berger Paints

Recruitment Partner: 2COMS Group

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai

? Job Responsibilities

Visit dealers, distributors & retailers.

Generate sales orders and achieve monthly targets.

Onboard current dealers and develop business.

Maintain relationships with existing dealers.

Promote Berger Paints products.

Conduct regular market visits.

? Candidate Requirements

Field Sales experience preferred.

Paints / Building Materials experience preferred.

Graduate in any discipline.

Must have 2-wheeler & valid driving licence.

Good communication & negotiation skills.

Willing to travel in the field.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

? Salary & Benefits

CTC: ₹26,000/month

Approx. In-hand: ₹22,000/month

Salary may vary based on experience & interview performance.
