KRE Builders is a growing real-estate company focused on developing premium residential projects, including luxury villas and apartments. We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our growing sales team.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle and convert leads generated through digital marketing, telecalling, property portals, and other sources.
- Contact prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain project details, specifications, pricing, payment plans, and other relevant information.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with prospective customers.
- Conduct property/site visits and provide professional project presentations.
- Follow up regularly with customers and maintain strong relationships.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in converting leads into bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the telecalling, marketing, and management teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales activity and follow-up reports.
- Stay updated about project inventory, pricing, offers, and market trends.

Requirements





- Any Bachelor's degree / Diploma.
- 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel for site visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a solid interest in sales may also apply.
