Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Operations Executives to support warehouse and fulfillment operations. The role involves managing inventory, processing orders, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with warehouse teams to achieve daily operational targets.

Key Responsibilities

* Process daily inbound and outbound shipments/orders.

* Ensure smooth warehouse and fulfillment operations.

* Maintain inventory accuracy and stock records.

* Conduct physical inventory checks and cycle counts.

* Monitor Warehouse Order Management (WOM) processes.

* Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.

* Coordinate with warehouse staff and support teams for operational excellence.

* Track operational KPIs and prepare daily reports.

* Support manpower allocation and roster planning.

* Assist in resolving operational issues and process bottlenecks.

Eligibility Criteria





Education

* Graduate in any discipline.

Experience

* 6 months to 2 years of experience in:

* Warehouse Operations

* Supply Chain Management (SCM)

* Logistics

* E-commerce Operations

* Fulfillment Operations

Skills Required

* Basic knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.

* Valuable communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

* Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

* Understanding of local language preferred.

* Candidates residing near the job location will be given preference.
