Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Construction Supervisor who can independently supervise and manage the complete execution of turnkey projects. The candidate should be capable of reading and understanding all types of construction drawings and coordinating with contractors, vendors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Independently supervise the complete execution of turnkey projects

* Read and understand architectural, structural, civil, electrical, plumbing, and MEP drawings

* Coordinate and monitor all site activities from start to completion

* Manage contractors, subcontractors, labour, and vendors

* Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines

* Monitor material requirements, deliveries, and usage at site

* Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients





* Identify and resolve site-level issues and execution-related problems

* Maintain daily progress reports and site records

* Ensure proper finishing and quality of work

* Monitor multiple activities simultaneously and ensure smooth coordination between teams

* Travel to different project locations as required

Requirements

* 5–8 years of relevant experience in construction/turnkey projects

* Solid knowledge of complete construction execution

* Must be able to read and interpret all major construction drawings

* Should have experience handling projects independently from start to completion

* Good knowledge of construction materials, workmanship, and site practices

* Strong coordination and communication skills

* Willingness to travel as required

* Diploma / ITI / Civil Engineering background preferred
