The Field Sales Executive (FSE) will be responsible for expanding our retail and distribution network by visiting General Stores, Kirana Stores, Supermarkets, Food Distributors, Grocery Stores and other relevant outlets on a daily basis.

The primary responsibility will be to identify new outlets, introduce and sell our food products, onboard retailers/distributors, generate orders and build long-term relationships with shop owners.

The candidate will spend most of the working day in the field, meeting potential retailers and distributors and driving product sales within the assigned territory.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Visit General Stores, Kirana Stores, Supermarkets, Grocery Stores and Food Distributors on a daily basis.




- Identify and approach current potential retailers and distributors within the assigned territory.
- Introduce the company and explain our food products, pricing, margins, schemes and product benefits to shop owners.
- Convince retailers to stock and sell our products.
- Generate new retail outlets and distributor accounts.
- Take regular orders from existing retailers and ensure repeat sales.

Vehicle Requirement

- Must possess a two-wheeler
- Valid Driving Licence required
- Candidate should be comfortable travelling extensively within the assigned territory.

Salary: ₹16,000 per month

Incentives: 10% of the gross profit on the sales made by the employee.
