About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Jio Point Assistant Manager to manage market development, channel operations, retail distribution and business growth across the assigned territory.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Development: Develop and expand the Jio Point market in the assigned territory.
2. Sales & Revenue: Achieve acquisition and revenue targets for the assigned territory.
3. Channel Development: Identify, onboard and develop channel partners.
4. Retailer Management: Service retailers as per the defined beat plan and ensure effective market coverage.
5. Stock & Visibility: Ensure stock availability and product visibility across retail outlets.
6. Supply Chain: Maintain supply chain stability and ensure timely product availability.
7. Cash Management: Ensure daily cash collection and deposit as per company process.
8. Team Management:



Monitor and evaluate team performance and take corrective actions where required.
9. Training & Development: Train, coach and support team members and channel partners to improve productivity.
10. Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, processes and operational guidelines.

- Education RequiredGraduation degree in any discipline.
- Experience Required1–4 years of experience in Sales & Distribution.
- Experience in telecom, FMCG, consumer durables or other distribution-led businesses will be an advantage.
