- Role & Responsibilities Handle outbound calls and generate sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and convert leads into sales.
- Sell services related to GST Registration, Company Registration, Legal & Compliance Services and other business services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain proper lead records.
- Explain services, pricing and processes clearly to customers.
- Use strong communication, convincing and negotiation skills to close deals.
- Build good customer relationships and ensure a smooth sales process.
- RequirementsGood communication & convincing skills.
- Strong sales and lead-conversion ability.
- Basic knowledge of GST, company registration and legal/compliance services is preferred.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Sales/telecalling/inside-sales experience preferred.
