- ? Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Explain our products, applications, benefits, pricing and offers clearly to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up with customers regularly through calls and WhatsApp.
- Generate leads and convert enquiries into orders.
- Take customer orders directly over the phone and coordinate with the sales/dispatch team.
- Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups and orders.
- Develop and maintain valuable relationships with customers.
- Follow up on pending quotations and enquiries to improve conversions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through consistent calling and follow-up.
- Contribute towards increasing repeat orders and overall sales.
