? Job Responsibilities

Build and maintain robust relationships with contractors, painters, dealers, and other business partners.

Coordinate with contractors and understand their requirements.

Generate new business opportunities and leads through field visits.

Promote and explain JSW Paints products and solutions to customers.

Follow up with contractors and ensure regular business conversion.

Achieve assigned sales and business targets.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer service.

Conduct regular market visits and maintain good market coverage.

? Eligibility

Qualification: 12th / Graduation





Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in sales, B2B sales, paints, building materials, or a related field.

Good communication and relationship-building skills.

Bike is mandatory.

Valid driving licence preferred/required for field work.

Candidates should be comfortable with field sales and contractor coordination.
