* Connect with prospective clients and explain our research services.

* Generate leads, conduct follow-ups and build a robust sales pipeline.

* Understand customer requirements and communicate our services clearly.

* Convert qualified leads into customers through effective sales conversations.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

* Maintain accurate customer and follow-up records in the CRM.

* Build professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.

* Follow company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines while communicating with customers.
