CVD Diamond Manufacturing Operator

- We are looking for responsible, disciplined, and technically sound CVD Machine Operators for our CVD Diamond Manufacturing Plant.

Job Description

- The CVD Machine Operator will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining CVD diamond growth machines as per production requirements.
- The candidate will work closely with production supervisors, technical engineers, maintenance teams, and quality teams to ensure smooth machine operation, proper process control, and timely completion of production cycles.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate CVD diamond manufacturing machines as per standard operating procedures.
- Start, monitor, and stop machine cycles correctly.
- Monitor machine parameters such as power, pressure, temperature, gas flow, vacuum, and growth time.
- Check machine conditions regularly during production.
- Record machine readings, process parameters, run details, and production data.
- Identify abnormal machine behavior and immediately report it to the supervisor or engineer.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance.
- Follow gas handling, electrical, vacuum, cooling, and machine safety procedures.
- Load and unload diamond seeds, holders, or required production materials as instructed.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping around machines and production areas.
- Follow production targets and machine-wise schedules.
- Maintain shift-wise production records and handover details.
- Inform supervisors about pending issues, alarms, maintenance requirements, or production delays.




- Support engineers during recipe changes, trials, machine testing, or process improvements.
- Ensure machines are operated carefully to minimize production loss and downtime.

Key Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, CVD Operator, or Industrial Plant Operator preferred.
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field preferred.
- Freshers with valuable technical understanding may also be considered.
- Basic understanding of industrial machinery, electrical systems, vacuum systems, gas systems, cooling systems, and production processes.
- Ability to understand machine parameters and follow operating instructions.
- Basic knowledge of production records and data entry.
- Responsible, disciplined, and safety-conscious.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Good observation and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn CVD diamond manufacturing processes.
