Job Responsibilities:

- Manage daily operations of the grocery retail store.
- Supervise and motivate store staff for smooth operations.
- Handle inventory, stock replenishment, and product availability.
- Monitor sales, daily targets, billing, and cash handling.
- Ensure proper product display, pricing, and store cleanliness.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and service quality.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely stock procurement.
- Monitor expiry dates, damaged products, and stock discrepancies.
- Prepare daily sales, stock, and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with store policies, hygiene, and safety standards.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in grocery, supermarket, FMCG, or retail store management.
- Strong team-handling and communication skills.
- Positive knowledge of inventory and POS/billing operations.
- Ability to manage sales targets and store operations independently.
- Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.
