Job SummaryWe are looking for a Quality Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining product and process quality, implementing quality systems, resolving customer and internal quality issues, and supporting continuous improvement activities.

- Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and maintain incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities.
- Prepare and maintain Control Plans, Inspection Standards, SOPs, and Work Instructions.
- Develop and maintain PFMEA and Process Flow Diagrams.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis for internal and customer quality issues using 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D, etc.
- Handle NCRs, CAPA, corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct process and product audits and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Support PPAP/APQP activities, including preparation of quality documents.
- Manage calibration of measuring and testing equipment.
- Analyze quality data and identify trends, defects, and opportunities for improvement.
- Work closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, and Suppliers to resolve quality issues.
- Perform supplier quality evaluations and supplier audits when required.
- Support customer complaints and prepare appropriate corrective-action reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable ISO 9001 and company quality procedures.
- Participate in continuous improvement and defect-reduction projects.




- Train production personnel on quality requirements and inspection methods.
- Maintain quality records and prepare regular quality reports.
- Required Skills & Knowledge3–5 years of experience in manufacturing / automotive / engineering products.
- Positive knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001.
- Strong understanding of 7 QC Tools.
- Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC, PPAP and APQP.
- Good knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and CAPA.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T;.
- Experience with measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Pressure Gauges, etc.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

Educational Qualification B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred ExperienceExperience in manufacturing of pressure switches, sensors, electrical/electromechanical components, HVAC/refrigeration components, or similar precision products will be an advantage.
