Job Description:

We are hiring Diploma ECE freshers for our Production Department. The candidate will work on IPIS LED Board fitting, wiring, assembly, testing support, packing and dispatch activities.

Responsibilities:

- IPIS LED board fitting and assembly
- Basic wiring and connections
- Support production technicians in wiring, fitting and assembly
- Basic inspection and quality checking
- Identify and report fitting/wiring issues
- Packing and dispatch of finished boards
- Follow production schedules and safety procedures
- Support daily production targets

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of electronics and electrical wiring
- Basic fitting and assembly knowledge
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Basic understanding of measurements
- Willingness to learn production processes
- Positive teamwork and communication skills

Candidate Eligibility:

- Diploma – ECE mandatory
- Freshers can apply
- Age 18+ preferred
- Willing to work in an electronics manufacturing/production environment
- Willing to learn IPIS LED board wiring, fitting, assembly and dispatch
