Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Legal

Officer to handle legal, statutory, and compliance matters related to our construction and real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing contracts, property documentation, Purchase Orders (POs), Work Orders (WOs), and ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Draft, review, and vet agreements,

sale deeds, MOUs, Purchase Orders (POs), and Work Orders (WOs) for vendors, contractors, and suppliers.

· Conduct legal due diligence and title verification for land/property before acquisition or development.

· Ensure compliance with RERA,

Contract Act, Land Laws, and Labour Laws.

· Provide legal inputs for procurement and project contracts to safeguard company interests.

· Liaise with government authorities (RERA, Land Revenue, Municipality, Labour Department, etc.) for project approvals and clearances.

· Handle and coordinate litigation

matters (civil, criminal, or labour) with external advocates.





· Represent the company in legal proceedings and ensure timely response to notices or summons.

· Review tender documents and vendor contracts from a legal standpoint.

· Maintain and update records of all legal documents, property files, and agreements.

· Advise management and project heads on risk mitigation and legal strategy.

· Keep track of changes in laws relevant to real estate, construction, and employment.

Qualification, Experience and Skills Required:

· Qualification: LLB / LLM from a recognized university.

· Experience: Minimum 2-4 years in the construction / real estate sector.

· Skills: RERA, Contract Management, Land Laws, Labour Compliance, and Civil Litigation.

· Solid drafting and vetting skills for legal documents, PO, and WO.

· Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

· Sound knowledge of legal compliance in construction and real estate.

· Proficiency in documentation, case tracking, and coordination with external counsel.
