POSITION DETAILS

Designation: Customer Support Executive

Process: Voice Process | Inbound Calls Only

CTC: ₹15,000 per month

Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore

Candidates: Freshers & Experienced

Language: Solid English Communication Required

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Handle inbound customer calls professionally and courteously

* Understand customer queries and provide accurate resolutions

* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

* Maintain proper call records and timely follow-ups

* Work towards individual and team performance targets





CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

* 12th Pass / Graduate

* Excellent English communication skills

* Basic computer knowledge

* Customer-service-oriented approach

* Positive attitude and willingness to learn

* Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

SHIFT DETAILS

Male Candidates: Rotational Shifts, including night shifts

Female Candidates: Day Shift
