Tawi Tadka is a vegetarian café, and we're hiring people who want to grow with us long-term. We train you, pay you well, and reward you more every year you stay.

Pay:

- First month(Probation): ₹575 for every day you work. Finish the first 30 days and a completion bonus brings that month to ₹25,000.
- Months 2–3(Probation): ₹25,000 a month.
- From month 4 (once confirmed): ₹30,000 a month.
- Every year: a guaranteed 5% raise, plus a performance raise of up to 8%.
- Your ₹30,000 includes a ₹1,000 weekend attendance allowance, paid when you work every Friday, Saturday and Sunday that month.
- Salary is paid into your bank account by the 7th of each month.

- A loyalty bonus that builds up every month and is paid out at 12, 24 and 36 months (+25% and +50% top-ups).

What we expect:
