Job Description – Telecaller , Tele sales Position: Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive

Working Hours: 9:45 AM – 6:30 PM

Salary: Fixed Salary + Incentives

Location: Noida Sector 2, B-18

Job Roleहमारी कंपनी के HRMS Products, Attendance Software और Biometric Machines के लिए आपको दिए गए raw data पर telecalling करके qualified leads generate करनी होंगी।

आपकी primary responsibility lead generation होगी। आपको direct sales या deal closing नहीं करनी होगी।

- Key Responsibilitiesदिए गए raw data पर daily telecalling करना।
- Potential clients से बात करके उनकी requirement समझना।
- Attendance Software, HRMS और Biometric Machines के लिए interested prospects identify करना।
- Qualified leads generate करके हमारी sales team को handover करना।
- Generated leads की proper information और follow-up status maintain करना।
- Sales team को required lead-related information provide करना।
- Daily calling और lead generation targets को achieve करना।





Important – No Direct Sales Responsibilityआपको कोई direct sales या deal closing नहीं करनी होगी।

आपका काम केवल potential customers से connect करके qualified leads generate करना है। इसके बाद हमारी field/sales team lead पर काम करेगी, demo देगी और deal closing एवं sales process संभालेगी।
