Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Health Insurance Tele-Sales to manage, motivate and drive a team of tele-sales executives. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, monitoring daily calling activities, improving team performance and ensuring quality customer interactions.

- Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise a team of Health Insurance Tele-Sales Executives.
- Allocate leads and monitor daily calling and follow-up activities.
- Set daily, weekly and monthly sales targets for the team.
- Track team performance, conversions, productivity and revenue.
- Conduct regular team briefings, coaching and sales training.
- Help team members handle customer objections and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor call quality and ensure proper sales process is followed.
- Follow up on hot leads and support executives in closing policies.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly sales and performance reports.
- Maintain discipline, attendance and productivity of the team.




- Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth policy issuance and customer support.
- Motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in tele-sales/team handling.
- Experience in Health Insurance or General Insurance will be preferred.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales and lead conversion.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and reporting.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.
