Ctc- 4.5 to 7 lacs

Barakhamba ( Only females)

Job role-

- Recruit and build a team of agents and advisors
- Drive sales targets through the agency channel
- Train and develop Agents on products and sales skills
- Improve productivity and performance of the team
- Ensure activation and retention of Advisors
- Implement strategies for business growth
- Maintain high standards of sales quality and compliance
- Ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations
- Build robust customer relationships and service quality
