• General Candidates: Up to ₹21,000 CTC

• Language Candidates: Up to ₹23,000 CTC

• Preferred Languages: Tamil, Telugu & Malayalam

• Freshers & experienced candidates can apply.

• Open to general and regional language candidates.

• Candidates should be comfortable working from Turbhe, Navi Mumbai.

? Job Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on insurance leads.

• Explain Term & Non-Term Insurance products to customers.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable options.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers.





• Achieve assigned sales and lead-generation targets.

• Maintain accurate customer and lead records.

✅ Required Skills:

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Basic understanding of sales and customer interaction.

• Willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.

• Ability to generate and follow up on leads.

• Positive convincing and negotiation skills.

• Comfortable working 6 days a week.

⭐ Preferred Experience:

• Insurance, sales, telecalling, lead generation or DSA experience.

• Previous experience in Term or Non-Term Insurance is an advantage.

• Fluency in Tamil, Telugu or Malayalam for language-specific positions.
