Hiring Customer Relationship Manager for eChallan.app – Vahanfin Solutions Pvt Ltd.
The candidate will manage existing customers, handle calls/WhatsApp/email, provide challan and vehicle compliance updates, coordinate with operations, resolve customer queries, follow up for documents and payments, maintain MIS and ensure customer satisfaction.
Valuable Hindi and English communication skills required. Experience in customer support, CRM, automobile, logistics, fleet management or B2B customer handling will be preferred.
