Job Overview
Finwizz Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring dedicated and target-oriented Telecallers for loan sales. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their financial requirements, generating qualified loan leads, and coordinating with the sales team for further processing.
- Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain suitable loan products and basic eligibility criteria.
- Generate and qualify leads for Business Loan, Personal Loan, and other financial products.
- Understand customer requirements and collect basic information.
- Follow up with interested customers until the lead is successfully processed.
- Maintain daily calling and lead records.
- Coordinate with the sales/credit team for documentation and further processing.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Candidate RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/WhatsApp is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
